The level of maturity of our system was found to have obtained the highest possible rating (“AA”) at the last BRC Packaging Audit at the highest level of high hygienic risk. The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system is the most widely used and internationally recognized food safety tool. At Fabregas Packaging, we periodically review and improve our HACCP system. All our procedures are based on our HACCP and according to a series of hygienic practices and environmental and operational conditions covering the entire production process.

These practices are our hygienic prerequisites and are as follows:
